Personal information means information that would identify a specific individual and their vehicle, solely for warranty purposes and past work performed.  For example; your name, address, phone numbers and vehicle information.

We only gather personal information from you, with respect to making a client card to keep track of your vehicle information.  Site visitors can visit sections of our web site without revealing any personal information, unless they have an equerry.  This is when you may send us an email which is only viewed by the owner.

As part of our business operations, we hold and use certain personal information pertaining to our customers and their vehicles in order to process their requests, invoices and for any warranty purposes.  Your emails sent to us are for your convenience to book appointments, ask for quotes or if you have any questions.  The owner is the only person who sees these emails and responds to you within 24 hours.

Personal information is retained in a customer database for as long as it is necessary.  Legal requirements may necessitate our retaining some or all of the personal information.  Emails are usually dealt with immediately and then deleted from any computer system.
